创新创业教育与高校药学类专业课程融合的研究进展

Research Progress on the Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education with Pharmaceutical Courses in Universities

随着我国医药产业的深入发展,国家对具有开拓精神的创新创业型药学人才的需求不断增加,探索创新创业教育与药学类专业教育融合的路径和方法成为高等教育的热点问题。文章整理国内外近十年的相关文献,对药学类专业专创融合进展情况展开研究。结果显示,美国、日本等国家的创新创业教育已经实现了专业化、体系化发展。国内创新创业教育与药学类专业教育的融合在理论与实践方面形成了诸多有价值的成果,各高校在药学类和中药学类主干课程中均开展了一系列教学改革,以完善药学创新创业人才培养模式,促进药学类学生全面发展,上述改革促进了全能型创新人才的培养,推动了我国医药事业的蓬勃发展。

With the deepening development of China's pharmaceutical industry,the demand for innovative and entrepreneurial pharmaceutical talents with pioneering spirit continues to increase.Exploring the path and methods of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with pharmaceutical professional education has become a hot topic in higher education.The article compiles relevant literature from both domestic and international sources over the past decade,and conducts research on the progress of specialized innovation and integration in pharmaceutical majors.The results show that innovation and entrepreneurship education in countries such as the United States and Japan has achieved specialized and systematic development.The integration of domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education with pharmaceutical professional education has achieved many valuable results in both theory and practice.Various universities have carried out a series of teaching reforms in the core courses of pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine to improve the training mode of pharmaceutical innovation and entrepreneurship talents and promote the comprehensive development of pharmaceutical students.The above reforms have promoted the cultivation of versatile innovative talents and the vigorous development of China's pharmaceutical industry.
