摘要
大学毕业生是就业工作的重点群体,高校责无旁贷应为学生提供更好的就业服务。辅导员是就业服务工作的中坚力量,应充分发挥自身管理者、宣传者、引领者和服务者的效能,不断提升就业指导专业胜任力。文章从新形势下高校毕业生就业特点谈起,分析高校辅导员在就业服务工作中的优势和角色定位,并提出辅导员应从思想上高度重视、业务上熟练精通、行动上高效落实、服务上细致到位四个维度入手,不断提升就业服务工作的质量,旨在促进大学生高质量精准就业,助推大学生顺利走进社会。
College graduates is a key group for employment work,are duty bound to provide better employment services for students.Counselors are the backbone of employment service work,and should fully leverage their managerial,promotional,guiding,and service roles to continuously enhance their professional competence in employment guidance.The article starts with the employment characteristics of college graduates under the new situation,analyzes the advantages and role positioning of college counselors in employment services,and proposes that counselors should start from four dimensions:highly valued in ideology,proficient in business,efficient in action,and meticulous in service,continuously improving the quality of employment services,aiming to promote high-quality and precise employment of college students and help them smoothly enter society.
