在新时代的思想政治教育中,高校要把法治素养教育贯穿其中,引导大学生树立法治意识以及依法办事、依法维权的法治观念。在实践中,高校可以课堂教学为载体强化大学生的法治意识,以校园文化建设为平台培养大学生的法治思维,以社会实践活动为抓手增强大学生的法治实践能力,并充分利用新媒体技术,创新法治素养教育方式,同时积极优化思政课程体系,加强专业教师队伍建设,以此提高大学生的法治素养,使其学会严格依照法律行使自己享有的权利、履行自己应尽的义务。

In the ideological and political education of the new era,universities should integrate legal literacy education,guide college students to establish a legal awareness and a legal concept of handling affairs and safeguarding rights in accordance with the law.In practice,universities can use classroom teaching as a carrier to strengthen college students'legal awareness,use campus culture construction as a platform to cultivate college students'legal thinking,use social practice activities as a starting point to enhance college students'legal practice ability,and fully utilize new media technology to innovate legal literacy education methods.At the same time,actively optimize the ideological and political curriculum system,strengthen the construction of professional teacher teams,and improve college students'legal literacy,so that they can learn to strictly exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations in accordance with the law.
