Discuss on the Construction of Higher Vocational College Counselor Team from the Perspective of"Double High"

建设一支规模适度、结构合理、专兼结合、素质优良的高水平高职学校和高水平专业群教师队伍,是中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设的保障。辅导员作为高职院校教师队伍中的重要组成部分,是建设“双高”院校的重要人才支撑。文章以“双高”建设为契机,在分析“双高”视域下高职辅导员队伍建设的紧迫性、高职辅导员队伍建设中存在问题的基础上,提出做好顶层设计、加强高职辅导员职业认同,创新培养方式、规范高职辅导员队伍建设,健全激励机制、赋能高职辅导员专业发展等策略。

Building a high-level vocational school and high-level professional group teacher team with moderate scale,reasonable structure,combination of specialized and part-time teachers,and excellent quality is the guarantee for the construction of high-level vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics.As an important component of the teaching staff in vocational colleges,counselors are an important talent support for building"double high"colleges.The article takes the"double high"construction as an opportunity to analyze the urgency of building a team of vocational college counselors from the perspective of"double high"and the problems existing in the construction of vocational college counselors.Based on this,it proposes strategies such as doing a good job in top-level design,strengthening the professional identity of vocational college counselors,innovating training methods,regulating the construction of vocational college counselors,improving incentive mechanisms,and empowering the professional development of higher vocational college counselors.
