“三全育人”视域下高职院校食育体系构建研究

摘要 文章探索“三全育人”理念在食育体系构建中的指导意义以及高职院校食育的重要性,分析高职院校食育存在的问题,有针对性地进行高职学生食育对策的研究。提出以教师为基石加强食育教师队伍建设、以学生为中心打造食育工作内容、以课堂为抓手构建完善食育课程体系、以学生活动为阵地创新食育工作路径和方法、以校园文化建设为依托营造浓厚食育学习氛围等策略,探索构建符合高职院校需要的食育体系。 This article explores the guiding significance of the"three-wide education"concept in the construction of the food education system and the importance of food education in vocational colleges.It analyzes the problems in food education in vocational colleges and conducts targeted research on food education strategies for vocational college students.Propose strategies to strengthen the construction of the food education teacher team with teachers as the cornerstone,create food education work content centered on students,improve the food education curriculum system with the classroom as the starting point,innovate food education work paths and methods with student activities as the battlefield,and create a strong food education learning atmosphere based on campus culture construction,exploring the construction of a food education system that meets the needs of vocational colleges.
