In the digital age,the animation industry,as an important form of expression that transcends culture,entertainment,and creativity,is rapidly developing at an unprecedented speed and scale.The construction of a vocational animation talent training model based on the combination of industry,academia and research is an important way to adapt to the rapid development needs of the animation industry and improve the quality and efficiency of vocational animation talent training.Through the deep integration of industry,academia,and research,we can break the constraints of traditional education models,innovate talent cultivation models,and provide more high-quality and specialized animation talents for the animation industry.The article points out the problems in the training mode of vocational animation talents,explores the construction strategy of vocational animation talent training mode based on the combination of industry,academia and research,aims to innovate the talent training mode to meet the needs of the rapid development of the animation industry,and cultivate a group of high-quality animation talents with solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience.
