德化黑鸡黑冠品系提纯选育研究

摘要 为提高德化黑鸡黑冠品系体型外貌特征纯度、生产性能和部分理化指标,对德化黑鸡黑冠品系进行提纯选育并分析其效果。结果表明:经过4个世代提纯选育后,体型外貌特征纯度、育雏期和育成期成活率、13周龄和开产前体重、蛋重均有显著提高;体重均匀度明显提高;孵化率逐步提高;不饱和脂肪酸、肌苷酸等含量达到德化黑鸡地理标志产品标准要求。 To enhance the purity of body appearance,production performance,and various physical and chemical indices of the Dehua black chicken black crest strain,a study was conducted focusing on the purification and breeding of this strain,along with an analysis of its effects.The results indicated that after four generations of purification and breeding,there were significant improvements in the purity of body appearance characteristics,the survival rates during both the brooding and growing periods,as well as in the weight and egg weight at 13 weeks of age and prior to the onset of production.Additionally,weight uniformity showed marked improvement;the hatching rate exhibited a gradual increase;and the levels of unsaturated fatty acids and inosinic acid met the standard requirements for geographical indication products of Dehua black chicken.
