摘要
本试验旨在研究较大幅度降低饲粮粗蛋白质水平,添加精氨酸对断乳仔猪生长性能、血液抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。试验选用128头“杜×长×大”三元杂交断乳仔猪,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮(CP为15.98%),试验1组、2组及3组分别在基础日粮中额外添加0.4%、0.8%和1.2%精氨酸,试验期16 d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,1)试验1组、2组的ADG显著提高(P<0.05),试验2组的F/G显著降低(P<0.05),试验1组、2组、3组的腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。2)试验1组、2组的T-AOC浓度显著增加(P<0.05),试验1组、2组、3组的GSH-PX活性显著提高(P<0.05),试验1组、2组的MDA浓度显著减少(P<0.05)。3)试验1组、2组、3组的血液IgA和IgG浓度显著提高(P<0.05)。可见,在较大幅度降低粗蛋白质的日粮中添加适量精氨酸(0.8%),可显著提高断乳仔猪ADG、降低F/G和腹泻率,增强机体抗氧化性能和免疫功能。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of high reducing dietary crude protein level and supplement with arginine on the growth performance,blood antioxidant and immune indicators of weaned piglets.One hundred and twenty eight crossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large White)were selected and randomly divided into four treatments,each treatment had 4 replicates and each replicate had 8 piglets.The control group was fed a basal diet(CP is 15.98%);The experimental group 1,2 and 3 were supplemented with 0.4%,0.8 %and 1.2% arginine in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 16 days.The results showed as follows:Compared with control group,1)The average daily weight gain(ADG)in experimental group 1 and 2 was extremely significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed to gain(F/G)in experimental group 2 was significantly lower(P<0.05),the diarrhea rate in experimental group 1,2 and 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)The blood T-AOC concentrations in experimental group 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the GSH-PX activity in experimental group 1,2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the blood MDA concentrations in experimental group 1 and 2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)The concentrations of IgA and IgG in experimental group 1,2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the diet of high reducing dietary crude protein level and supplemented with moderate amount of arginine(0.8%)in weaning piglets could improve the ADG,decrease the feed to gain ratio,reduce diarrhea,and improve antioxidant capacity and immune function.
