Exploration of Promoting High-Quality Development of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Open Universities

推进开放大学思想政治理论课高质量发展是马克思主义大众化的需要,是落实立德树人根本任务的需要,是提高开放大学人才培养质量的需要。针对开放大学思想政治理论课教学学生规模巨大、办学体系庞大、教学师资强大和教学资源广大等特征,从四个方面提出推进开放大学思想政治理论课高质量发展的原则和实践路径,即坚持育人为先,激发学生学习内生动力;坚持系统观念,建立体系联动机制;坚持师资创优,加强体系教师培养培训;坚持协同育人,形成课程育人合力。

Promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political theory courses in Open Universities is necessary for the popularization of Marxism,the fundamental task of moral education,and improving the quality of talent cultivation in Open Universities.Given the characteristics of ideological and political theory course teaching in Open Universities—large student scale,extensive educational system,strong teaching faculty,and abundant teaching resources—this paper proposes principles and practical paths for promoting high-quality development from four aspects:prioritizing education to stimulate students’intrinsic motivation for learning;adhering to a systematic approach to establish a coordinated mechanism;optimizing faculty by enhancing teacher training and development;and fostering collaborative education to create a synergy in curriculum-based moral education.
