食品安全检测技术的应用问题与优化策略

摘要 食品安全检测技术是保障食品质量安全的重要手段。本文对食品安全检测技术进行概述,指出其在保障食品质量安全应用中存在检测方法标准化程度不足、检测设备性能有待提升、检测人员专业技能欠缺等问题,并从完善食品安全检测标准体系、加强检测设备更新升级、强化检测人员专业培训与考核等方面提出优化策略,以期为提升我国食品质量安全水平提供参考。 Food safety testing technology is an important means to ensure food quality and safety.This article provides an overview of food safety testing technology and points out that there are problems in its application to ensure food quality and safety,such as insufficient standardization of testing methods,need for improvement in testing equipment performance,and lack of professional skills of testing personnel,and optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of improving the food safety testing standard system,strengthening the updating and upgrading of testing equipment,and enhancing the professional training and assessment of testing personnel,in order to provide reference for improving China’s food quality and safety level.
