摘要
网络餐饮行业快速兴起给人们生活带来了诸多便利,促进了社会经济的发展,但也无形中增加了食品安全风险。基于此,本文分析了网络餐饮食品安全监管的现状与面临的主要问题,从完善相关法律法规、强化职能部门监管能力、落实第三方平台主体责任、发展食品安全社会共治等方面提出了加强网络餐饮食品安全监管的对策,以全方位提升网络餐饮食品安全监管效能。
The rapid rise of the online catering industry has brought many conveniences to people’s lives and promoted the development of social economy,but it has also increased food safety risks invisibly.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of online catering food safety supervision,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen online catering food safety supervision from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the supervision capacity of functional departments,implementing the main responsibilities of third-party platforms,and developing social co-governance of food safety,so as to improve the effectiveness of online catering food safety supervision in all aspects.
