摘要
流动地摊食品安全问题频发,暴露出流动地摊食品安全监管制度面临诸多困境。本文结合流动地摊食品经营的特点,分析现阶段流动地摊食品安全监管现状与困境,并提出流动地摊食品安全监管制度完善措施,以期为流动地摊食品安全高效治理提供帮助和启示。
Mobile street stalls food safety problems occur frequently,exposing the mobile street stalls food safety supervision system is facing many difficulties.Combined with the characteristics of mobile street stalls food management,this paper analyzes the current situation and dilemma of mobile street stalls food safety supervision,and puts forward measures to improve the mobile street stalls food safety supervision system,in order to provide help and inspiration for the efficient management of mobile street stalls food safety.
