改进QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS法测定新疆枸杞中31种农药残留

Determination of 31 Pesticide Residues in Xinjiang Lycium chinense Miller by QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS Method

目的:建立QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS法测定新疆枸杞中31种农药残留的方法。方法:样品经改进后的QuEChERS法净化后,经正负离子分段扫描和多反应监测模式检测,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量。结果:在0.001~0.200 mg·L^(-1),31种目标化合物的线性相关系数均>0.996。回收率为70.2%~111.4%,相对标准偏差≤11.3%,检出限为0.01~7.97μg·kg^(-1)。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,具有较强的适用性,可用于含糖量高的枸杞试样中多种农药残留的快速筛查与确证。

Objective:To establish a QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of 31 pesticide residues in Xinjiang Lycium chinense Miller.Method:The samples were purified by the improved QuEChERS method,detected by the positive and negative ion scanning and multi-reaction monitoring mode,and quantified by matrix matching standard solution external standard method.Result:In the range of 0.001~0.200 mg·L^(-1),the linear correlation coefficients of 31 target compounds were greater than 0.996,the recoveries were 70.2%~111.4%,the relative standard deviations were less than or equal to 11.3%,and the detection limits were 0.01~7.97μg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,accurate and has strong applicability,and can be used for rapid screening and confirmation of pesticide residues in Lycium chinense Miller samples with high sugar content.
