Food inspection and testing is a key link in ensuring food safety and protecting public health.This article introduces the current status of food safety and food inspection and testing,and discusses many problems in food safety inspection and testing,such as imperfect testing system,insufficient testing capacity,lagging technology and methods,and incomplete standards and regulations.It also puts forward a series of countermeasures,such as improving the testing system,upgrading technical equipment,optimizing data processing procedures,strengthening internal management,and improving regulations and standards,in order to better ensure food safety.
