摘要
特色传统美食产业对促进乡村经济发展、推动乡村文化传承、助力乡村旅游发展和促进农民致富具有重要作用。广西拥有丰富的特色传统美食资源,但存在美食品牌的培育和推广不足、美食文化的传承与保护面临双重压力、食品产业发展专业人才短缺等问题。对此,本文提出了挖掘美食文化资源、打造饮食文化精品项目、加强新媒体宣传推广、培育高素质专业人才、强化美食产业链协同等发展策略。
The industry of special traditional cuisine plays a significant role in promoting rural economic development,enhancing the inheritance of rural culture,facilitating the growth of rural tourism,and promoting the prosperity of farmers.Guangxi boasts abundant resources of special traditional cuisine,yet it confronts issues such as inadequate cultivation and promotion of culinary brands,dual pressures on the inheritance and protection of culinary culture,and a shortage of professionals in the development of the food industry.This article proposes development strategies such as exploring food culture resources,creating high-quality projects of food culture,strengthening promotion through new media,nurturing high-quality professionals,and enhancing collaboration within the culinary industry chain.
