摘要
思政课通过建设金课可以实现提质增效,更好满足社会主义建设者和接班人的培养需求及学生个体发展的需求。习近平总书记在2022年对思政课金课的效能作出了“沟通心灵、启智润心、激扬斗志”的界定。以马斯洛需求层次理论为研究视角,探寻高校思政金课三个效能的实现路径,是新时代思政课建设的新思路。
The ideological and political courses can achieve quality improvement and efficiency by building golden courses,which is to meet the training needs of socialist builders and successors as well as the needs of individual students'development.In 2022,General Secretary Xi Jinping defined the effectiveness of ideological and political golden courses as“communication between minds,enlightenment of the mind and nourishment of the soul,inspiration of the fighting spirit”.To explore three paths of realizing the effectiveness of ideological and political golden courses in colleges and universities from the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is a new idea for the construction of ideological and political courses in the new era.
