暗渠抢险工程的质量安全管理

摘要 超大规模跨流域调水工程因其线路长、跨度大,受气候影响明显,特别是汛期局部地区的超标准洪水,对埋深较浅的暗渠安全威胁很大,极易造成工程损毁,甚至造成供水中断。调水工程抢险项目时间紧、任务重,必须进行科学合理的组织协调,并结合工程实际,制定高效可行的质量安全管控措施,才能实现抢险阶段质量可靠和安全可控,确保抢险工程如期完工并正常发挥经济社会效益。 The ultra-large-scale inter-basin water diversion projects,due to their long routes and wide spans,are significantly affected by climatic conditions.Particularly during the flood season,localized extreme floods pose substantial threats to the safety of shallowly buried culverts,making them highly susceptible to damage and potentially causing interruptions in water supply.Emergency rescue projects for water diversion engineering are time-sensitive and demanding.It is essent ial to conduct scientific and reasonable organizational coordination and to formulate efficient and feasible quality and safety control measures based on the actual conditions of the project.This ensures that the quality and safety are reliable and controllable during the emergency rescue phase,guaranteeing the timely completion of the emergency rescue project and the normal realization of its economic and social benefits.
