摘要
大坝是水利水电工程的核心组成部分,其安全性和稳定性直接关系着人民群众的生命财产安全及社会经济的稳定发展。随着大坝的种类和数量逐渐增多,其运行管理日益复杂,通过应用自动化检测系统,可以及时发现并处理潜在的安全隐患,实时获取大坝的各项运行数据,为安全管理决策的制定与实施提供可靠依据,有效避免安全事故的发生。
Dams are the core components of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,and their safety and stability are directly related to the safety of people's lives and property,as well as the stable development of the social economy.With the increasing variety and quantity of dams,their operation and management have become increasingly complex.Through the application of automated detection systems,potential safety hazards can be detected and dealt with in a timely manner,and real-time operational data of dams can be obtained to provide reliable basis for the formulation and implementation of safety management decisions,effectively avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents.
