摘要
根据中国特色社会主义事业提出的生态文明建设的战略决策,我国绝大部分地区对枝条落叶处理时造成了严重的环境污染和资源浪费。针对目前落叶资源处理方式的现状及相关落叶清理装置的现有产品分析,设计了一种集吸入、粉碎、压缩、封装于一体的城市园林落叶废弃物回收绿化装置,并对双重粉碎系统进行了优化设计。通过3D打印制作样机并进行实验测试,达到了预期效果,满足了功能需求,可有效解决目前绿化废弃物清理回收过程中的环境污染、工人劳动强度大、贮存不便、运输成本高等问题,推动绿化废弃物的资源化再利用。
Based on the strategic decision of ecological civilization construction put forward by the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,most regions in China have caused serious environmental pollution and waste of resources when dealing with branches and fallen leaves.Based on the current situation of deciduous resource treatment methods and the analysis of existing products related to deciduous cleaning devices,an urban garden deciduous waste recycling and greening device that integrates suction,crushing,compression,and packaging is designed,and the dual crushing system is optimized.The prototype is made through 3D printing and tested experimentally,the expected results have been achieved,and meeting the functional requirements.It can effectively solve the problems of environmental pollution,high labor intensity of workers,inconvenient storage,and high transportation costs in the current process of cleaning and recycling green waste,and promote the resource utilization of green waste.
