教育数字化背景下高职学生心理健康教育“智慧与体验”教学探索

“Wisdom and Experience”Teaching Mode of Mental Health Education for Vocational College Students under the Background of Digital Education

教育数字化时代的到来使智慧教学为课堂教学提供了新的载体和媒介,为大学生心理健康教育教学改革找到了突破口。结合目前高职学生心理健康教育课程存在的问题,笔者认为该课程具有集知识传授、心理体验与行为训练为一体的课程特征,结合智慧教学的数字化、生动性、学习泛在性和互动便利性等特点,构建高职学生心理健康教育课程的“智慧与体验”教学模式是有效突破传统教学模式弊端的方式。主要做法主要有:建构积极心理学指导下的教学目标;优化核心心理素养培育下的教学内容;完善更具人文精神和家国情怀的课程思政元素体系;课前引导学生自主学习;课中运用长江雨课堂平台进行课堂翻转;建构多样化考核和测评体系。经过实践探索,教学效果显著提高,结合该教学模式,将进一步利用教育数字化优势,构建心理育人一体化数字平台,提高育人质量。

With the arrival of the digital era of education,intelligent teaching provides a new carrier and medium for classroom teaching,and finds a breakthrough for the teaching reform of college students’mental health education Combining with the problems existing in the current higher vocational students’mental health education course,the author thinks that the course has the characteristics of integrating knowledge imparting,psychological experience and behavior training,combining with the characteristics of digital vivid learning,ubiquitous and interactive convenience of intelligent teaching,and constructing the“wisdom and experience”teaching of higher vocational students’mental health education course is an effective breakthrough in teaching malpractice The main methods are as follows:constructing teaching objectives under the guidance of positive psychology;Optimize the teaching content under the cultivation of core psychological literacy;Improve the curriculum ideological and political element system with more humanistic spirit and feelings of home and country;Guide students to learn independently before class;Use the Yangtze River Rain Classroom Platform for Classroom Flipping in Class;Construct diversified assessment and evaluation system After practice and exploration,the teaching effect has been significantly improved.Combined with this teaching,we will further make use of the advantages of educational digitalization to build an integrated digital platform for psychological education and improve education.
