西北地区旅游-经济-生态环境系统的空间错位研究

Study on the Spatial Misalignment of Tourism Economy Ecological Environment System in Northwest of China

西北地区是国家“一带一路”倡议的重要组成地区,丝绸之路经济带贯穿本地区,对于推进本地区经济的发展,推进地区平衡发展、实现“两个一百年”的奋斗目标具有重要意义。但是,当前西北地区各省市在发展上存在较大差异,致使本地区旅游产业、区域经济和生态系统失衡现象愈加严重,如何实现西北地区旅游、经济和生态环境整体协调是本地区旅游空间格局优化的关键,同时对于推进全国旅游、经济和生态环境的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以西北地区陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏四个省区为研究对象,选取2013-2022年共十年的数据作为分析依据,从旅游、区域经济和生态环境三个维度构建旅游-经济-生态环境空间错位评价指标体系,然后通过空间错位模型和脆弱性模型分析了西北地区陕西、甘肃、青海和宁夏三省一区的旅游-经济-生态的空间错位状况,并根据各省市的空间错位情况和各地区的特点提出了相应的整改意见和措施。

The northwest region is an important part of the strategy of"the Belt and Road"in our country.The Silk Road Economic Belt runs through the northwest region.It’s play an important part to promoting the economic development of this region,promoting balanced regional development and achieving the"two centenary goals".However,there are significant differences in the development of various provinces and cities,leading to an severely imbalance in the local tourism industry,regional economy,and ecosystem.How to achieve overall coordination of tourism,economy,and ecological environment is the key to optimizing the tourism spatial pattern in the region,and it is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of national tourism,economy,and ecological environment.This article takes Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,and Ningxia provinces and regions in the northwest region as the research objects,selects data from a total of ten years from 2013 to 2022 as the analysis basis,constructs a tourism economy ecological environment spatial mismatch evaluation index system from three dimensions of tourism,regional economy,and ecological environment.Then,through spatial mismatch models and vulnerability models,the spatial mismatch status of tourism economy ecology in Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,and Ningxia provinces and regions in the northwest region is analyzed,and corresponding rectification opinions and measures are proposed based on the spatial mismatch situation of each province and city and the characteristics of each region.
