摘要
目的分析大剂量输血程序改进在失血性休克患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2024年3月福建省龙岩市中心血站提供血液的86例失血性休克患者作为研究对象,根据输血方法的不同,分为观察组(改进的大剂量输血程序)和对照组(常规输血程序),每组各43例。比较两组患者的输血时效性、输血相关并发症及转归情况。结果观察组血型和血常规送检时间、急诊输血准备时间、决策备血时间、急诊停留时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.001);两组患者血型报告时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.65%,显著低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术率为58.14%,显著高于对照组的9.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论改进的大剂量输血程序可有效提高输血时效性、降低输血相关并发症,改善患者的转归。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of an improved massive transfusion protocol in patients with hemorrhagic shock.Methods 68 patients with hemorrhagic shock,who received blood from the Longyan Central Blood Station in Fujian Province from March 2022 to March 2024,were selected as study subjects.Based on the different transfusion methods,they were divided into the observation group(improved massive transfusion protocol)and the control group(conventional transfusion protocol),with 43 cases in each group.The timeliness of transfusion,transfusion-related complications,and patient outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had significantly shorter times for blood type and routine blood test submission,emergency transfusion preparation,blood reservation decision,and emergency room stay compared to the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in blood type reporting time between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.65%,significantly lower than that(18.60%)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The surgery rate for patients with hemorrhagic shock in the observation group was 58.14%,significantly higher than that(9.30%)in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The improved massive transfusion protocol can effectively enhance the timeliness of transfusion,reduce transfusion-related complications,and improve patient outcomes.
