城镇燃气管道作为重要的城市基础设施,其结构完整性直接关系到城市燃气的供应安全与稳定。结构完整性失效可能导致燃气泄漏,从而引发安全事故,对公众生命财产安全构成严重威胁,因此对城镇燃气管道结构完整性的监测和管理具有重要意义。文章重点介绍装置的研究方法和技术路径、结构及工作工程。研发的原理样机在DN100mm管道中进行的实验结果表明,该检测器整体性能达到设计指标,能够显著提高燃气管道的安全性,预防潜在的结构完整性失效。

Urban gas pipelines serve as a crucial component of city infrastructure,with their structural integrity being vital to the safe and stable supply of urban gas.Failures in structural integrity may lead to gas leaks,potentially causing safety incidents and posing serious threats to public life and property.Therefore,the monitoring and management of the structural integrity of urban gas pipelines are of significant importance.This paper focuses on the research methods and technical approaches,structure,and working procedures of the device.The prototype developed was tested in a DN100mm pipeline,and the experimental results indicate that the detector meets the design objectives.It significantly enhances the safety of gas pipelines and prevents potential structural integrity failures.
