摘要
文章系统地研究了生物质掺烧燃煤过程中的燃烧气氛与反应动力学特性。掺混比例为2∶8的稻草/白沙煤样品的着火温度从纯煤的549℃降低至507℃,综合燃烧特性指数(SN)值提高,达到8.88833×10^(-9)。动力学分析显示,掺混降低了燃烧反应的活化能和指前因子。白沙煤活化能为138.45kJ/mol,而掺混比例为1∶9和2∶8的稻草/白沙煤的分别降至71.55kJ/mol和61.84kJ/mol。
This paper systematically studies the combustion atmosphere and reaction dynamics in the process of biomass blending coal.The ignition temperature of the straw/white sand coal sample with 2:8 mixing ratio decreased from 549℃of pure coal to 507℃,and the comprehensive combustion characteristic index(SN)value increased to 8.88833×10^(-9).Kinetic analysis showed that mixing reduced the activation energy and prefinger factor of the combustion reaction.The activation energy of Baisha coal was 138.45kJ/mol,while the mixing ratio of 1∶9 and 2∶8 decreased to 71.55kJ/mol and 61.84kJ/mol,respectively.
