电驱电磁兼容性能优化

Optimization of electromagnetic compatibility performance in electric drive systems

摘要 电动汽车的普及与发展给人们出行带来了极大的便利,与此同时,电磁兼容性问题也愈发被公众重视。电磁兼容性对于车辆可靠性具有重要作用,一旦出现故障极易引发安全问题。本文通过对辐射发射、传导电流及传导电压在不同运行工况下电驱的电磁兼容性能进行测试与优化,并对电磁干扰噪声耦合方式进行详尽的分析,最终实现对电驱电磁兼容性能的优化。研究结果表明,优化后的电驱在辐射发射、传导电流和传导电压等方面的电磁兼容性能得到了显著提升。该研究对于改善电驱的电磁兼容性能提供有力数据支撑,具有重要的指导意义。 The popularization and development of electric vehicles have brought great convenience to people’s travel.At the same time,the issue of electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)has garnered increasing public attention.EMC plays a crucial role in vehicle reliability,as any malfunction can easily trigger safety problems.This paper tests and optimizes the EMC performance of electric drive systems under different operating conditions by examining radiated emissions,conducted current,and conducted voltage.Additionally,it provides a detailed analysis of the coupling methods of electromagnetic interference noise.The final aim is to optimize the EMC performance of the electric drive system.The research results show that the optimized electric drive system exhibits significantly improved EMC performance in terms of radiated emissions,conducted current,and conducted voltage.This study provides strong data support for improving the EMC performance of electric drive systems and has important guiding significance.
