铁路路基沉降监测和评估系统设计与应用

摘要 针对传统人工监测方法存在的成本高、时效性差、易受环境影响等问题,文章基于物位计的监测手段,采用物联网技术,实现了对铁路路基的全天候、实时的远距离实时监控;将采集到的数据进行可视化处理,形成实时监测页面。通过该系统,能够实现铁路路基沉降的远程、实时、高精度监测和预警功能。在准确指导现场路基施工填筑速率的同时,还能用来推算评估路基工后沉降、预测路基沉降趋势,服务于指导施工以及满足铁路运营要求。 In response to the problems of high cost,poor timeliness,and susceptibility to environmental impacts of traditional manual monitoring methods,this paper aims at the problems of high cost,poor timeliness and environmental impact of traditional manual monitoring methods.In this paper,based on the level meter monitoring means,using the Internet of things technology,to achieve the railway subgrade all-weather,real-time remote real-time monitoring.And the collected data are processed visually to form a real-time monitoring page.Through this system,the remote,real-time and high-precision monitoring and warning functions of railway subgrade settlement can be realized.It can also be used to estimate the settlement after construction,predict the settlement trend of subgrade,and ultimately serve to guide the construction and meet the requirements of railway operation.
