中医药治疗痛风性关节炎的机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Action of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Gouty Arthritis

痛风性关节炎(GA)是一种因代谢障碍引起的关节病理性损伤及炎性反应疾病,临床以药物治疗为主,其中中医药在GA临床治疗中取得了显著疗效,疗效确切且不良反应少。本文通过收集国内外GA相关文献,从中医药治疗GA的机制研究方面进行综述,发现中医药治疗GA的机制与降低尿酸水平、干预炎症因子、调控细胞凋亡及线粒体自噬、抑制氧化应激和平衡肠道菌群等密切相关,临床常用中药内服、外敷等疗法治疗GA,多种治疗手段联合运用疗效更好。

Gouty arthritis(GA)is a kind of pathological injury and inflammatory response disease caused by metabolic disorders,which is mainly treated by drugs.Among them,Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable curative effect in GA clinical treatment,with good curative effect and few adverse reactions.By collecting literatures related to GA at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the studies on the mechanism of TCM treatment of GA,and found that the mechanism of TCM treatment of GA is closely related to reducing uric acid level,intervening in inflammatory factors,regulating apoptosis and mitochondrial autophagy,inhibiting oxidative stress and balancing intestinal flora.Traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and external application are commonly used in clinical practice to treat GA,and the combination of multiple treatment methods has a better therapeutic effect.
