金属矿绿色高效膏体充填胶凝材料研究与应用进展

摘要 目的:为摸清金属矿充填胶凝材料的现状,认清行业难题,启发研究思路,探索发展方向,推进绿色、低成本、高效膏体充填。方法:本文通过文献查阅、经验总结、实地调研、统计分析等方法,综述了当前充填胶凝材料的研究与应用进展。结果:首先,总结了充填胶凝材料的主要类型包括水泥类、冶金渣类、电热渣类、化工渣类、尾砂类5大类十余种小类;其次,归纳了充填胶凝材料在活性激发、水化机理、有害离子固化、节能减排等方面的研究进展;再次,探讨总结了充填胶凝材料的应用现状,仍以水泥最为常见,胶固粉次之,钢渣固结粉和CH(ChanHen)半水磷石膏充填案例效果显著,固废基充填胶凝材料逐渐取代水泥是趋势;最后,指出了充填胶凝材料研究与应用方面亟待解决的问题,包括水硬化模拟、极端环境下材料性能、水硬化过程控制、地域性固废处置、充填胶凝材料的技术标准等。结论:本文为推进绿色、高效膏体充填及行业发展提供借鉴与依据。 Purpose:To help understand the current development of metal ore backfill cementitious materials(BCM),identify industry challenges,inspire research ideas,explore development directions,and promote green,low-cost,and efficient paste-fill.Method:This paper reviews the current research and application progress of BCM through literature review,experience summarization,field research,statistical analysis,and other methods.Results:Firstly,the main types of BCM were summarized,including cement,metallurgical slag,electric slag,chemical slag,and tailings,with over ten subcategories.Secondly,the research progress of BCM in terms of activity activation,hydration mechanism,harmful ion solidification,energy conservation and emission reduction were summarized.Thirdly,the application progress of BCM was discussed and summarized.Portland Cement is still the most common,followed by blast furnace slag binder.The cases of steel slag binder powder and semi-hydrated phosphogypsum backfill have shown significant positive effects.The solid waste based BCM are gradually replacing cement,which is a trend.Finally,the urgent issues to be addressed in the research and application were pointed out,including hydration and hardening simulation,material properties under extreme environments,hydration and hardening process control,regional solid waste disposal,and technical standards for BCM.Conclusion:This paper provides reference and basis for promoting green and efficient cemented paste backfill and industry development.
