本文以环境影响评价作为研究切入点,分析生态补偿机制在环境影响评价中的应用路径,力求通过环境影响评价推动生态补偿从理论走向实践。本文以区域矿产资源规划作为研究切入点,从环境影响评价的工作目标、工作程序和工程内容等角度进行分析,围绕某矿产资源规划案例进行生态损失计算与生态补偿研究。通过这种方式,有效提升整体工作的可行性,在发展经济的同时,做好生态补偿,实现中国经济的可持续发展。

This paper takes environmental impact assessment as the research entry point and analyzes the application path of the ecological compensation mechanism in environmental impact assessment,aiming to promote the transformation of ecological compensation from theory to practice through environmental impact assessment.Taking regional mineral resource planning as the research entry point,this paper analyzes the objectives,procedures,and content of environmental impact assessment work and conducts ecological loss calculation and ecological compensation research around a mineral resource planning case.This approach effectively improves the feasibility of the overall work,ensuring ecological compensation while developing the economy and achieving sustainable development of the Chinese economy.
