摘要
为面向发达高速铁路网充分发挥“全路一张网、集中统一指挥”的调度管理优势和实现调度管理效率效益最大化的目标,需对高速铁路调度管理优化策略进行研究。在阐述高速铁路调度管理现状的基础上,分析其在数据管理、调度命令管理、协同一体化等方面存在的问题,面向高速铁路路网从基础数据规范管理、计划集中编制、调度命令一体化贯通等3方面对高速铁路调度管理优化策略进行研究和设计。通过数据规范管理、高速铁路计划一体化集中编制、调度命令数字化转型等3方面优化策略设计,提升面向发达路网的高速铁路调度管理中的计划编制和决策调整能力,以及高速铁路调度管理的效率和效益,为构建更加高效、精细、智能的调度系统提供理论支撑。
To fully utilize the dispatching management advantage of“unified control over one comprehensive network”for developed high speed railway networks,and to maximize the efficiency and benefits of dispatching management,it is necessary to study the optimization strategy for high speed railway dispatching management.After elaborating on the current railway dispatching management,this paper analyzed its problems in data management,dispatching command management,and collaborative integration.Next,facing the high speed railway network,this paper studied and designed an optimization strategy for high speed railway dispatching management from standardized management of basic data,centralized compilation of plans,and dispatching commands integration.The strategy was optimized through standardized data management,integrated and centralized plan compilation of high speed railway,and digital transformation of dispatching commands.The capabilities of plan compilation and decision adjustment in high speed railway dispatching management facing developed railway network and the efficiency and benefits therein were enhanced.This study can provide theoretical support for constructing a dispatching system with higher efficiency,accuracy,and intelligence.
