英国职教教师《数字化教学专业能力标准》研究

摘要 技术永远无法取代优秀教师,但优秀教师手中的技术却能带来变革。数字化时代,职教教师数字化教学专业能力标准既是职教教师数字化专业发展的依据,也是职业教育开展数字化教学改革的方向标。英国职教教师《数字化教学专业能力标准》(2023版)在框架结构上包含七个相互关联的构成要素,即教学计划、教学方法、支持学习者发展就业技能、针对具体学科与行业的教学、评价、无障碍环境与包容性以及自我发展等,这七个构成要素涵盖了职教教师全部的教学情境和教学活动;在能力等级上,标准采用三个能力等级区分不同阶段的教师,即第一阶段的探索型教师、第二阶段的发展型教师及第三阶段的领导型教师,体现了对于不同发展阶段教师数字化教学的差异化能力要求;在标准指标上,包含7个一级指标、21个二级指标、147个三级指标。该标准有如下三个理念及特征:一是强调了以数字技术促进学习者学习的核心理念;二是在框架结构上体现了全面性与包容性;三是凸显了职教教学的特色,即支持学习者发展就业技能及针对具体学科和行业的数字化教学。 Technology will never replace great teachers,but technology in the hands of great teachers is transformational.In the digital era,the Digital Teaching Professional framework for VET Teachers is both the basis for digital professional development of VET teachers and the directional standard for vocational education to carry out digital teaching reform.The Digital Teaching Professional framework for VET Teachers in the UK(2023 Edition)contains seven interrelated components in the framework structure,namely,planning your teaching,approaches to teaching,supporting learners to develop employability skills,subject and industry specific teaching,assessment,accessibility and inclusion,and self⁃development.These seven elements cover all the teaching contexts and activities of VET teachers;in terms of competency levels,the standards adopt three competency levels,one for each of the seven components.In terms of competency levels,the framework adopts three competency levels,i.e.,exploring teachers in the first stage,adopting teachers in the second stage,and leading teachers in the third stage,reflecting a kind of differentiated competency requirements for teachers'digital teaching in different stages of development;in terms of standard indicators,the whole framework contains seven first⁃level indicators,21 second⁃level indicators,and 147 third⁃level indicators.Analysis of the framework reveals the following three characteristics:first,the framework emphasizes the core concept of"promoting learner learning"through digital technology;second,the standard reflects comprehensiveness and inclusiveness in its framework structure;and third,the standard highlights the characteristics of vocational education teaching,i.e.,it supports the development of learners'employability skills as well as teaching for specific disciplines and industries.
