人工智能时代职业教育范式变革研究

摘要 文章探讨了人工智能时代职业教育范式的变革和挑战。首先,分析了人工智能对职业教育的重要影响,包括适应技术变革、增强就业市场的适应性、弥补技能差距、促进终身学习和个性化教育、提高教育质量和效率、促进社会公平和包容性、支撑经济增长和社会发展等方面。其次,深入探讨了职业教育研究范式的概念及其内涵,包括教育目标的多元化、教育内容的实践性和时代性、教学方法的创新与技术融合、教育评价的全面性、终身学习的理念、社会需求的响应性、包容性和公平性等方面。再次,从教育哲学基础、技术与教育的深度融合、职业技能与素质教育的平衡、劳动市场需求与教育的对接、教育评价与反馈机制、社会伦理和政策考量等角度对人工智能时代职业教育的理论框架进行了扩展和深化。最后,通过分析国外人工智能时代职业教育范式可借鉴的优势,结合我国当前职业教育发展面临的挑战和机遇,对人工智能背景下我国职业教育发展提出参考性发展路径。 This paper discusses the changes and challenges of the paradigm of vocational education in the era of artificial intelligence.First,the important impact of artificial intelligence on vocational education is analyzed,including adapting to technological changes,enhancing the adaptability of the job market,bridging the skills gap,promoting lifelong learning and personalized education,improving the quality and efficiency of education,promoting social equity and inclusiveness,and supporting economic growth and social development.Secondly,this paper deeply discusses the concept and implication of the research paradigm of vocational education,including the diversification of educational goals,the practicality and modernity of educational content,the innovation of teaching methods and the integration of technology,the comprehensiveness of educational evaluation,the concept of lifelong learning,and the responsiveness,inclusiveness and fairness of social needs.This paper expands and deepens the theoretical framework of vocational education in the era of artificial intelligence from the perspectives of educational philosophical foundation,deep integration of technology and education,balance between vocational skills and quality education,connection between labor market demand and education,educational evaluation and feedback mechanism,social ethics and policy considerations.Finally,by analyzing the advantages of foreign vocational education paradigms in the context of artificial intelligence,combined with the challenges and opportunities facing the development of vocational education in China,this paper proposes a reference development path for the development of vocational education in China under the background of artificial intelligence.
