巨构景观城市——上海万科天空之城景观实践

摘要 从柯布西耶畅想的“综合体初代机”至今,建筑已不再是唯一的设计单位,传统建筑尺度已无法干预和把控城市形态发展。建筑师们开始通过城市设计尺度的巨构建筑以及综合街区进行城市空间全貌把控。位于上海青浦的天空之城(UNICITY)综合片区,是一个基于新旧基础设施巨构、利用街区公共系统景观规划缝合场地与周边城市关系的城市巨构景观实践。通过一系列的城市公共系统景观架构,将被天空之城基础设施割裂(崧泽高架桥、青浦上达河河道、地面轨交车辆段试车场)的住区空间、商业空间、办公空间,公共配套及教育空间、城市公园滨水空间进行全局整合,以避免各地块随着不同时序的长周期开发,裂变成“各自为营”的城市碎片。天空之城充分利用其系统的可延续界面缝合城市、再造自然,把不同时期不同业态的建筑整合并协同起来,并将城市核心区基础设施的高效复合化再生,形成“高效链接,自然共生”的城市理想巨构景观。 Since Le Corbusier's conception of the"integrated machine,"architecture is no longer the sole design unit.Traditional architectural scales can no longer intervene in and control urban form development.Architects have begun to manage urban spaces as a whole through megastructures and comprehensive urban blocks.Located in Qingpu,Shanghai,UNICITY is a comprehensive area that practices urban megastructure landscaping by utilizing new and old infrastructure,and planning the landscape of the public systems within the block to stitch together the site and its surrounding urban relationships.Through a series of urban public system landscape frameworks,the residential,commercial,office,public facilities,educational spaces,and waterfront urban parks,divided by the UNICITY infrastructure(Songze Elevated Road,Qingpu Shangda River,and the ground rail transit vehicle testing yard),are integrated as a whole to prevent the different plots from fragmenting into"individual operations"due to long-term phased development.
