摘要
为解决湿法SBS改性沥青在热存储以及运输过程中产生的离析,进而造成沥青混合料性能衰减的问题。文章采用干法直投式SBS改性剂来制备沥青混合料,并对比传统湿法PG76-22 SBS沥青混合料性能,研究干法改性沥青混合料性能随着干法直投式SBS改性剂掺量的变化规律。结果表明,干法直投式SBS改性剂可以提高沥青混合料高、低温性能。干法直投式SBS改性剂掺量为6%时,60℃高温动稳定度达到9520次/mm,-10℃低温弯曲应变达到3180με,冻融劈裂强度比达到86.3%,残留稳定度比达90.8%,具有优异的路用性能,且其高温抗车辙、低温抗裂性能优于湿法76-22 SBS改性沥青混合料。
To solve the problem of segregation caused by wet SBS modified asphalt during thermal storage and transportation,which leads to performance degradation of asphalt mixtures.This article uses dry method direct injection SBS modifier to prepare asphalt mixture,and compares the performance of traditional wet PG76-22 SBS asphalt mixture to study the change law of dry method modified asphalt mixture performance with the dosage of dry method direct injection SBS modifier.The results show that the dry direct injection SBS modifier can improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixtures.When the dosage of dry direct casting SBS modifier is 6%,the high temperature dynamic stability at 60℃reaches 9520 times/mm,and the low temperature bending strain at-10℃reaches 3180 time/mmμε,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio reaches 86.3%,the residual stability ratio reaches 90.8%,and it has excellent road performance.Moreover,its high-temperature resistance to rutting and low-temperature resistance to cracking are better than wet 76-22 SBS modified asphalt mixture.
