天津地区轨道交通沿线房屋类建(构)筑物调查成果综合分析

Comprehensive analysis of survey results of buildings along the rail transit in Tianjin area

轨道交通工程沿线建(构)筑物调查是轨道交通工程建设的基础工作,建(构)筑物的基础图纸在轨道交通工程设计、施工中有着举足轻重的作用。由于建设年代、工程管理、资料归档等问题,不能完全获取图纸资料。文章总结了天津多条轨道交通工程沿线建(构)筑物调查成果,结合天津地区建(构)筑物基础施工特点,按照建设年代、建设用途、建筑高度的不同,综合分析了沿线房屋类建(构)筑物基础结构特点。前期设计阶段,在房屋类建(构)筑物的基础图纸缺失的情况下,总结了通过建筑物的年代、用途、高度对其基础形式进行初步判定的方法。

The survey of the structures along the rail transit project is the basic work of the rail transit project construction,and the foundation drawing of the structures plays an important role in the design and construction of the rail transit project.However,due to the construction period,project management,data archiving and other problems,the drawings can not be fully obtained.This paper summarizes the survey results of the buildings(structures)along many rail transit projects in Tianjin,combines the construction characteristics of the buildings(structures)in Tianjin area,and analyzes the characteristics of the buildings(structures)along the lines according to the different construction times,construction uses and building heights.In the early design stage,the basic drawing of the building is missing,and the method of determining the basic form by the age,use and height of the building is summarized.
