间隙影响下32013车轴轴承内圈动态响应特性分析

摘要 根据轴承32013运行过程的动力学特征,利用MATLAB软件对轴承内圈不同工况状态下响应性能开展仿真测试。研究结果表明:当持续增加轴向负间隙过程中,越来越多的滚子开始承受载荷,最终所有滚子都开始受到载荷作用。随着载荷工况持续提高时,时域波形有效值RMS不断递增;随着载荷提高,受载滚子获得了更大接触力,滚子对载荷区产生了更大程度的振动效果。提高轴承间隙负向的过程中,形成了先降低再上升的时域波形有效值,并在轴承间隙为-5μm时获得了最大的加速度信号有效值,间隙为-2.5μm时获得了最小加速度信号有效值。轴承振动状态与间隙存在明显的显著作用规律。 According to the dynamic characteristics of bearing 32013 during operation,MATLAB software is used to carry out simulation tests on the response performance of the bearing inner ring under different working conditions.The results show that when the axial negative clearance continues to increase,more and more rollers begin to bear the load,and eventually all rollers begin to be subjected to the load.As the load condition continues to increase,RMS of time domain waveform increases continuously.With the increase of the load,the roller is subject to higher contact force,and vibration increases in the load area.In the process of improving the negative direction of the bearing clearance,the RMS of the time domain waveform first decreases and then increases.The maximum RMS of the acceleration signal is obtained when the bearing clearance is-5μm.The minimum RMS of the acceleration signal is obtained when the clearance is-2.5μm.The vibration state and clearance of the bearing follow apparent trends.
