摘要
为解决双导程蜗轮蜗杆建模不精确的问题,根据双导程蜗轮蜗杆的工作原理和加工原理,提出了通过刀具与蜗杆的接触线作车削运动形成左右齿面各自的螺旋线并构成螺旋面,生成精确的蜗杆齿形,再利用蜗杆的齿形共轭生成蜗轮齿形的建模方法,并在UG软件中进行了建模,该方法适用于不同齿廓曲线,不同导程的普通圆柱蜗杆建模.结果证明该方法精确、简单、有效,为后续蜗轮蜗杆副的运动分析、有限元分析、数控加工提供了保障。
In order to address the inaccuracy of double lead worm gear modeling,according to the working principle and manufacturing process of the double lead worm gear,the contact line between the cutting tool and worm gear is used to form the spiral line and the spiral face and generate accurate worm tooth profiles.Then the conjugate gear is obtained using the worm tooth profile.The double lead worm gear is modeled by the software UG.This method is suitable for common cylindrical worm modeling with different tooth profile curves and different lead.The results indicate that the presented method is precise,simple and valid,and provides a basis for the kinematic analysis,finite element analysis and CNC machining of worm-gears.
