加味黄连解毒汤对早期乳腺癌切除术患者肿瘤缓解率、近期复发率及生存质量的影响

Effect of Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(加味黄连解毒汤)on Tumor Remission Rate,Recent Recurrence Rate and Survival Quality of Patients Undergoing Early Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的 探究早期乳腺癌切除术患者应用加味黄连解毒汤治疗对其肿瘤缓解率、近期复发率、生存质量的影响。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年6月医院收治的86例早期乳腺癌切除术患者进行研究,其中对照组42例采用常规西医治疗,44例观察组在对照组基础上采用加味黄连解毒汤治疗。比较两组肿瘤缓解率、1个月复发率、生存质量、疲乏情况及不良反应。结果 观察组中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤缓解率88.64%高于对照组肿瘤缓解率71.43%(P<0.05)。随访1个月,观察组复发率4.55%低于对照组复发率19.05%(P<0.05)。观察组国内活动、家庭关系、心理状态及工作与经济形势得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组Piper疲乏自评量表均下降,观察组下降幅度较对照组更大(P<0.05)。两组不良反应多为胃肠道反应,其中I^II级发生率最高,观察组为18.18%(8/44),对照组为14.29%(6/42),两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 加味黄连解毒汤治疗早期乳腺癌切除术患者可有效改善临床症状,降低近期复发率,提高肿瘤缓解效果及生存质量,且未新增不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(加味黄连解毒汤)on tumor response rate,short-term recurrence rate and quality of life in patients undergoing early breast cancer resection.Methods From March 2020 to June 2022,86 patients with early breast cancer who underwent resection in the department of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,including 42 patients in the control group treated with conventional western medicine,and 44 patients in the obser-vation group treated with Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The tumor response rate,1-month recurrence rate,quality of life,fatigue and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The TCM syn-drome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The tumor response rate in the observa-tion group(88.64%)was higher than that(71.43%)in the control group(P<0.05).After 1-month follow-up,the recur-rence rate in the observation group(4.55%)was lower than that(19.05%)in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of do-mestic activities,family relationship,psychological status,work and economic situation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Piper Fatigue Self-Rating Scale in the observation group and the con-trol group decreased,and the decrease range in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Most of the adverse reactions in the two groups were gastrointestinal reactions,with the highest incidence rate of grade I-II.There was no significant difference between the observation group(18.18%,8/44)and the control group(14.29%,6/42)(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the short-term recurrence rate,improve the tumor remission effect and quality of life in patients with early breast cancer resection,with no new adverse reac-tions.
