社会支持对慢性病病人健康相关行为的影响:电子健康素养、自我效能的链式多重中介效应

摘要 目的:探讨慢性病病人的社会支持与健康相关行为的关系,以及电子健康素养与自我效能的链式中介作用。方法:采用一般情况调查表、领悟社会支持量表、电子健康素养量表、一般自我效能量表、健康促进生活方式量表对蚌埠市城市和农村地区40岁以上患有慢性非传染性疾病的病人进行调查。结果:慢性病病人社会支持和健康相关行为评分均处于较高水平,电子健康素养和自我效能均处于中等水平。社会支持与电子健康素养(r=0.30,P<0.01)、自我效能(r=0.46,P<0.01)、健康相关行为(r=0.63,P<0.01)之间均呈正相关关系。社会支持与健康相关行为总效应值为0.0690,电子健康素养在社会支持与健康相关行为之间中介效应值为0.0464。电子健康素养和自我效能在社会支持与健康相关行为之间中介效应值为0.0118。结论:电子健康素养在社会支持和健康相关行为之间存在明显中介作用,社会支持也在电子健康素养-自我效能链式中介作用中影响慢性病病人健康相关行为。 Objective:To explore the relationship between social support and health-related behaviors in chronic disease patients,and the chain mediating effect of e-health literacy and self-efficacy.Methods:The general situation questionnaire,perceptive social support scale,e-health literacy scale,general self-efficacy scale and health promotion lifestyle scale were used to investigate the patients over 40 years old with chronic non-communicable diseases in urban and rural areas of Bengbu city.Results:The scores of social support and health-related behaviors of patients with chronic diseases were at a high level,and the scores of ehealth literacy and self-efficacy were at a medium level.Social support was positively correlated with ehealth literacy(r=0.30,P<0.01),self-efficacy(r=0.46,P<0.01),and health-related behaviors(r=0.63,P<0.01).The total effect value of social support and health-related behaviors was 0.0690,and the mediating effect value of e-health literacy between social support and health-related behaviors was 0.0464.The mediating effect value of e-health literacy and self-efficacy between social support and health-related behaviors was 0.0118.Conclusions:E-health literacy has a significant mediating effect between social support and health-related behaviors,and social support also affects the health-related behaviors of patients with chronic diseases in the chain mediating effect of e-health literacy and self-efficacy.
