考虑储能可靠性的多能源系统出力协调控制

Coordinated output control of multi-energy system considering energy storage reliability

摘要 针对多能源电力系统中优化调度问题,提出一种考虑储能(energy storage,ES)可靠性的多能源系统优化方法。首先建立含热源储能的多能源系统结构及其内部优化原理,从多个角度表征热源储能设备的抗故障风险能力。其次建立含储能系统的双层优化模型,使用改进的混沌小生境粒子群优化算法(chaotic niche particle swarm optimization,CNPSO):上层规划模型以多能源系统总运行费用最小为目标,确定系统的优化配置方案;下层优化模型基于上层的优化配置方案,以考虑储能可靠性对系统进行优化分析。最后使用算例分析验证模型,研究结果表明该模型具有一定科学性和实用性。 Aiming at the problem of optimal scheduling in multi-energy power systems,a multi-energy system optimization method considering energy storage(ES)reliability was proposed.Firstly,the structure of a multi-energy system with heat storage and its internal optimization principle was established to characterize the anti-failure risk capability of heat storage equipment from multiple perspectives.Secondly,a two-layer optimization model with an energy storage system was established,and an improved chaotic niche particle swarm optimization(CNPSO)algorithm was used.The upper programming model was designed to minimize the total operating cost of the multi-energy system,and the optimal configuration scheme of the system was determined.The lower level optimization model is used based on the upper-level optimization configuration scheme to optimize and analyze the system considering the energy storage reliability.Finally,an example is used to verify the model.The results show that the model is scientific and practical.
