桥梁无缝伸缩缝RBJ超韧弹性体性能试验研究

摘要 为满足公路桥梁无缝化建设需求,自主研发了桥梁无缝伸缩装置RBJ(resin bridge joints)超韧弹性体填充材料,进行胶结料和弹性体性能试验,并与同类产品进行对比。试验结果表明,超韧弹性体常温条件下施工容留时间大于30 min,硬度在65 IRHD左右,拉伸强度9.12 MPa,断裂伸长率736%,表现出优异的力学特性与变形性能;超韧弹性体60℃车辙深度仅为0.7 mm,动稳定度达到30000次/mm,-10℃下抗弯拉应变(>40000με)显著高于传统沥青类材料。可作为桥梁无缝伸缩装置理想填充材料。 To meet the demand for seamless construction of highway bridges,a super-tough elastic filling material,RBJ(resin bridge joints),was independently developed for bridge seamless expansion joints.The performance of this elastomer was experimentally studied and compared with similar products.The results indicate that under normal temperature conditions,the construction tolerance time of the super-tough elastomer exceeds 30 minutes,with a hardness of approximately 65 IRHD,a tensile strength of 9.12 MPa,and an elongation at break of 736%.These properties demonstrate excellent mechanical and deformation performance.The rut depth of the super-tough elastomer at 60℃is only 0.7 mm,with a dynamic stability of 30,000 cycles/mm.Additionally,the flexural tensile strain at-10℃is significantly higher than that of traditional asphalt materials,exceeding 40,000με.This makes it an ideal filling material for seamless expansion joints in bridges.
