In the era of mobile Internet, digital inequality and generational divides are getting more and more attention, and even become a source of risk in digital transformation.Using multi-channel data, research based on Euclidean distance, factor analysis,multi-layer linear regression and other methods found that the life value of older adults is at a low level, and both the activity enrichment that highlights the width of life and the technology adaptation and spiritual fulfillment that embodies the depth of life are unsatisfactory. The scale of mobile cell phones,IPv 4 and other mobile Internet development is positively correlated with the width of older people's lives, and the former enhances the richness of activities of the elderly through the mediating effect of social participation. The better the development of mobile Internet, the more obvious the exclusion of the elderly group;this process is negatively regulated by intergenerational segregation, leaving the elderly powerless and with limited value compared to the youth. The practical significance of development is to return to the universal value of a good life in order to realize the basic logic of social public governance, while intergenerational segregation results in multiple exploitation of the value of life in old age.To address this,we proposed countermeasures in terms of agefriendly technology transformation and digital skill training.
