10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢管焊接及热处理工艺研究

摘要 10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢是制造锅炉炉管的优质原材料,存在焊接性较差,对热处理温度很敏感,有较大冷裂倾向,焊后易检出焊缝区及热影响区冲击韧性、硬度等力学性能指标不合格等问题。研究了10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢管的焊接工艺,通过焊接试验和焊接工艺评定优化了焊接工艺以及热处理工艺参数,提升了10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢管的焊接质量,可为类似材质产品的焊接提供焊接工艺参考。 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel is a high-quality raw material for manufacturing boiler tubes.However,it has poor weldability and is very sensitive to heat treatment temperature.Furthermore,it has a high propensity to cold crack,rendering it susceptible to the detection of unqualified mechanical properties such as impact toughness and hardness in the weld zone and heat-affected zone following welding.A comprehensive study was conducted on the welding process of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN.The welding process and heat treatment parameters for steel pipe were optimized through welding tests and welding process evaluations.This resulted in an improvement in the welding quality of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel pipe,which can provide a welding process reference for similar material products.
