从马克思主义经济学的视角出发,新质生产力由“潜在”转变为“现实”,需实现劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象及其生产关系的质的跃升。新质生产力融入科创资源助力黑龙江民营企业发展的策略为:为民企人力资源开发提供职教培训保障、基于价值链建立联合研发技术组织形态、以软件物理平台建设支撑民企产品转型、推动混改以发挥民企科创能力比较优势。

From the perspective of Marxist economics,the change of new quality productive forces from“potential”to“reality”needs to realize the qualitative leap of workers,labor materials,labor objects and production relations.The strategy of integrating new quality productive forces into sci-tech innovation resources to help the development of private enterprises in Heilongjiang is as follows:provide vocational education and training guarantee for the development of human resources of private enterprises,establish a technology organization form for joint R&D based on the value chain,support the product transformation of private enterprises with the construction of software physical platform,and promote mixedownership reform to give play to the comparative advantages of private enterprises in sci-tech innovation capabilities.
