数字普惠金融赋能乡村振兴的推进路径研究——基于“主体-内容-工具”三维组配视角

Study on the Promotion Path of Digital Inclusive Finance Enabling Rural Revitalization--Under the Three-Dimensional Framework of“Subject-Content-Tool”

沿循“谁来推进”“推进什么”“怎么推进”研究路径,本文构建数字普惠金融赋能乡村振兴的“主体-内容-工具”三维整体框架,揭示了当前数字普惠金融赋能乡村振兴所存在的一些问题,如多元主体力量难以有效衔接、五大内容板块难以有效赋能、数字金融工具难以有效应用等。基于已有研究,本文围绕“五大主体”“五大内容”以及“五大工具”进行系统化调整,如促进多元主体联合、协调乡村振兴内容和优化多维工具应用等,以期推进数字普惠金融更好助力乡村振兴。

Following the research path of“who should promote”,“what should be promoted”and“how to promote”,the paper constructs the“subject-content-tool”three-dimensional framework of digital inclusive finance to empower rural revitalization,and reveals that there are some problems in this regard,such as the difficulty of effectively connecting the power of multiple subjects,that of effectively empowering the five content segments,and that of effectively applying digital financial tools.Based on this,systematic adjustments are made around the“five major subjects”,“five major contents”and“five major tools”,such as promoting the union of multiple major subjects,coordinating the contents of rural revitalization and optimizing the application of multi-dimensional tools,in order to promote digital inclusive finance to contribute more to rural revitalization.
