摘要
随着“一带一路”建设的深入推进,中非合作愈发紧密,非洲跨境电商已成为电商蓝海市场。非洲众多跨境电商中Kilimall至2014年成立以来,发展态势迅猛,成为第一家进入非洲互联网的中国企业,同时也是唯一在非洲实现赢利的跨境电商平台公司,因此吸引着许多中国跨境电商商家的入驻,随之商家之间的竞争也愈发强烈,选品成为提高跨境企业自身竞争力的重要因素。本文基于SWOT方法分析Kilimall选品,提出选品建议,助力提高企业的竞争力。
With the deepening of the"Belt and Road"initiative,China-Africa cooperation has become increasingly close,and African cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a blue ocean market for e-commerce expansion.Among many cross-border e-commerce platforms with Africa,Kilimall has developed rapidly since its inception in 2014.It is the first Chinese enterprise to enter the Internet in Africa,and also the only cross-border e-commerce platform company to achieve profitability in Africa,thus attracting many Chinese cross-border e-commerce merchants.With the increasingly intense competition among merchants,sorting is an important factor to improve the competence of cross-border enterprises.Based on the SWOT method,the paper analyzes Kilimall sorting and puts forward suggestions to help improve the competence of the enterprise.
