Mechanism and Path Selection of New Quality Productive Forces Driving the High-quality Development of Digital Economy

新质生产力包含新技术、新经济、新业态等要素,通过“以新促质”为数字经济发展开辟了新赛道、引领了新潮流。一方面,新质生产力为数字经济创新发展提供了强大动力,促进了生产效率的整体提升;另一方面,新质生产力能够驱动数字经济推动区域协调发展,缩小区域资源差异,弥合区域发展鸿沟。基于新质生产力驱动数字经济高质量发展的作用机理,本文提出了新质生产力驱动数字经济高质量发展的具体路径。通过鼓励技术创新,促进数字技术发展;深耕数据元素,促进数据价值释放;深化国际合作,实现高水平对外开放;更新育人理念,夯实新质生产力人才储备基础等策略,是新质生产力推动经济高质量发展,推进中国式现代化进程发展的可行路径。

New quality productive forces including new technology,new economy,new forms of business,and other factors blaze new trails and lead new trends for the development of digital economy by"promoting quality with those new".On the one hand,new quality productive forces provide a strong impetus for the innovative development of digital economy and facilitate the overall improvement of production efficiency.On the other hand,they can drive the digital economy to boost regional coordinated development,narrow regional resource differences and bridge the regional development gap.Based on the mechanism of new quality productive forces driving the high-quality development of digital economy,this paper puts forward the specific paths of new quality productive forces driving the high-quality development of digital economy.Such strategies as encouraging technological innovation to promote the development of digital technology,furthering data elements to propel the release of data value,deepening international cooperation to realize the high-level opening up to the outside world,and updating education concept to consolidate the foundation for talent reserve of new quality productive forces may serve as feasible paths for new quality productive forces to turbocharge the high-quality development of economy and advance Chinese modernization.
