新发展格局下数字经济与商圈夜经济融合发展的机制与进路探索——以北京三里屯为例

Exploration of the Mechanism and Approach for the Integrated Development of Digital Economy and Night Economy in Business Districts under the New Development Pattern--A Case Study of Sanlitun,Beijing

新发展格局下,就“城市商圈—夜经济”与“数字经济—城市商圈夜经济”的内在耦合机制而言,经济深度融合发展有利于推动创新发展动能的增强,提升社会资源配置效益,并提升经济社会发展质量。北京三里屯商圈,将数字化技术渗透到城市商圈夜经济发展中并具有经济、社会与国际影响力的实践内涵。因此,结合城市商圈具体情况,本文建议三里屯借助北京的大数据行业发展优势,将经济融合发展的着力点聚焦于持续推进夜经济产业智能化升级与共同体建设、推动夜经济产业自主创新与数字化技术成果落地、切实保障数字经济融入夜经济发展的基建设施与条件,以促进城市商圈夜经济持续高质量发展。

Under the new development pattern,in terms of the inherent coupling mechanism between“urban business districts–night economy”and the“digital economy–night economy in urban business districts”,the deep integration of economic development is conducive to stimulating innovative development momentum,improving the efficiency of social resource allocation,and enhancing the quality of economic and social development.The Sanlitun business district in Beijing that integrates digital technology into the night economy development has implications for economic,social,and international development.Therefore,based on the specific situation of urban business districts,this article suggests that Sanlitun leverage the development advantages of Beijing’s big data industry to focus efforts in integrated economic development on continuously advancing the intelligent upgrading and community building of the night economy industry,facilitating independent innovation and application of digital technology research results in the night economy industry,and effectively ensuring the infrastructure and conditions for the integration of the digital economy into the night economy development,in order to promote the sustained high-quality development of the night economy in urban business districts.
