中国对东盟国家跨境电商出口效率与潜力研究

An Investigation into the Efficiency and Potential of Cross-border E-commerce Exports from China to ASEAN Countries

为了提高中国对东盟国家跨境电商出口的效率与潜力,本文基于2012—2021年中国对东盟国家跨境电商出口的面板数据,构建随机前沿引力模型,对中国跨境电商出口效率和潜力进行测算,并对相关影响因素进行分析。结果发现:从国家角度来看,中国对东盟国家跨境电商出口效率普遍较低,对新加坡出口效率最高,对老挝出口效率最低。从影响因素角度来看,中国和东盟成员国GDP、成员国的商业自由度、劳动力自由度等对中国跨境电商出口有促进作用,而中国和成员国的人口规模、与成员国地理距离等会抑制中国跨境电商出口。

In order to enhance China’s cross-border e-commerce export efficiency and potential to ASEAN countries,this study employs panel data from 2012 to 2021,constructs a stochastic frontier gravity model,calculates the efficiency and potential of China’s cross-border e-commerce exports,and investigates the pertinent influencing factors.The findings indicate that:By country,the export efficiency of China’s cross-border e-commerce to ASEAN countries is generally low,with the highest observed in Singapore and the lowest in Laos.From the perspective of influencing factors,GDP of China and ASEAN countries,business freedom and labor freedom in ASEAN countries facilitate China’s cross-border e-commerce exports,while population sizes of and geographical distances between China and ASEAN countries hinder such exports.
