This paper aims to explore the innovation of student management and moral education in higher vocational colleges,including the analysis of the importance of student management and moral education innovation in higher vocational colleges,and the elaboration of the innovative strategies of student management and moral education in higher vocational colleges.Through constructing the integrated model of student education management and service and improving the relevant system of student management in higher vocational colleges to build a team of high-quality teachers who can improve the education quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
